Carol is warm and compassionate. She has the ability to connect with people in a way that puts them at ease. By connecting in this way, she develops a therapeutic relationship with her clients. In doing so, she gains insight into their world so she can help them discover destructive patterns in relationships and life choices. Carol believes that the journey of emotional and spiritual healing entails the whole person. Therefore, her approach to therapy involves a careful consideration of all physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual issues related to her client’s presenting problem.
Mental health problems can often be traced to an individual’s unrealistic expectations, misplaced dependencies, childhood traumas, and self-defeating behaviors and beliefs. Carol believes that obtaining insight into these issues will free clients from the burden of their past and allow them to relate to God, others, and themselves in a healthy and nurturing manner. Her goal is to empower her clients to wholeness.

"Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right If I surrender to His will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life And supremely happy with Him Forever in the next.
